Pauperizer keeps the records of a local Magic: the Gathering Pauper league: who played, what they played, and how each league finished. It is run by the league organiser as a hobby, free of charge, for the people who play in that league. Using the site means accepting what is on this page.
Your account
Accounts are created by invitation; there is no public sign-up. An account belongs to one person, so do not share it or let anyone else use it. Choose a password you do not use elsewhere, and tell the organiser if you think someone else has it.
The organiser can suspend or remove an account being used to disrupt the league. You can ask for your account to be removed at any time; what happens to the results attached to it is set out in the privacy policy.
Using the site
Record results honestly, and only your own. Do not enter results for other people without their knowledge, impersonate anyone, or submit decklists you did not play. Do not try to break the site, reach other people's data, or hammer it with automated requests.
What is published
League results are public: the date, the standings, the decks played, and players' names in the form described in the privacy policy. That is the point of the site — a league record nobody can read is not a record. If you would rather not appear by name, say so before you enter a league rather than after.
Cards, data and this site
Magic: the Gathering, card names, card text and card images are the property of Wizards of the Coast. Pauperizer is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Fan Content Policy and is not approved or endorsed by Wizards. Card data and images come from Scryfall, which is also unaffiliated with this site.
The code, the design and the wording of this site belong to the organiser. The results themselves are facts about games of Magic and are treated as a shared record of the league, not as anyone's property.
What this site does not promise
This is a volunteer-run hobby site, provided as it is, with no promise that it will be available, correct, or preserved. Results can be lost, mis-entered, or corrected later. Nothing here is a tournament authority: if a result matters, the people who played the match decide it, not this page.
The organiser is not liable for loss arising from using the site, except where the law does not allow that to be excluded — which includes death or personal injury caused by negligence, and anything caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you live elsewhere in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country: a governing-law clause cannot take those away.
Changes
These terms change as the site does. Material changes are told to players rather than quietly published, and the date below says when this version was written.
