1. What This Site Is

Pauperizer is a hobby site for a local Pauper (Magic: The Gathering) league based in Poland. It tracks match results, deck standings, and weekly attendance for league sessions. It is provided free of charge, with no warranties of any kind.

This site is not a commercial service. There are no subscriptions, payments, or paid features.

2. Player Names and Anonymisation

By default, all player names shown on this site are anonymised. Each player is assigned a consistent pseudonym (e.g. "Phyrexian Pilgrim #7") that persists across sessions. No real name is ever displayed without that player's explicit, freely given consent.

A player may consent to having their real name or a chosen display name shown in place of their pseudonym. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting the site operator, after which the display name reverts to the pseudonym.

Players may in the future be able to manage their display name directly through the site. The anonymisation-by-default principle will not change.

3. Data We Store

We store match results, deck archetypes, and attendance responses as part of running the league. Real player names are stored internally only where consent has been given. Pseudonyms are derived algorithmically and are not linked to personal identifiers in storage.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising networks, or analytics services that share data with third parties. Standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) may be retained for a short period for operational purposes only.

This site is operated for and by residents of Poland and is subject to Polish law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact the site operator directly.

4. Conduct

This site is for league participants. Do not submit false match results or attendance responses. Do not attempt to access or interfere with site infrastructure beyond normal use.

5. Intellectual Property

Magic: The Gathering, Pauper, and all related names, card art, and trademarks are the property of Wizards of the Coast LLC. This site is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by Wizards of the Coast. Use of Magic-related terms is covered under Wizards' Fan Site Policy.

Original site content (code, design, text) is the work of the site operator. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

6. Disclaimer

This site is provided "as is." The operator makes no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy of results, or continuity of service. Use it at your own discretion.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
